I have saved some pictures before of Sammys harley and e-mailed them to a dealership, but that was before I had yahoo, so the only e-mail page I had was charter, and I knew what to do then....

Now here is the kicker...I am not that new to computering...but I don't know what to tell her or how to "fix" this problem...I hope I haven't messed her up..can someone tell me what to tell her, or does she need to just delete Yahoo all together?

    her ISP is Charter.Net

P.S. I don't suppose one could have Yahoo IM and not have to have Yahoo email could they?

    thanks,
    sherri

Not a great deal to go on there...

    But it might be this...

Click on tools at the top of I.E, then Internet Options, then select 'programs' at the top, then see if she has Yahoo set as her default email client... just change it to outlook express or whatever she wants to use...

Might be barking up the wrong tree though, worth checking though...
