it turns on but mu pc beeps three times and i get no video.by turning it on i mean the fans are running when i start it.i believe it might be somthing in the bios but i dont know what could be causing it.

trying to install g-force ddr

should i upgrade the bios?
i bought the pc used and they had a new install of xp-pro but everythings disabled on it(maybe a plug and play issue between windows and bios?)
