    Hi, and welcome to TSG.

Am I safe to assume that you are using section breaks to switch between page orientations and also putting page numbers in a header and/or footer? If so, you need to change the formatting of the page numbers in the sections to continue from the previous section, rather than start over. The exact method of doing so will depend upon the exact version of MS-Word you are using. It might involve right-clicking on the page number and selecting the correct format option.

I'l give that a go thank you. I have page breaks in and when it gets up to the landscape pages it stuffs it up. Would this mean i need to redo those page breaks as well?
I don't have page numberd on at the moment because everytime i do it stuffs up but will try every format and see how it goes.
    Thank you again

I do not believe that manually inserted page breaks should affect resetting or continuing page numbering. Section breaks can trigger resetting the page numbers unless the numbers are specifically formatted to continue from the previous section
