I don't know what happened. All of a sudden my E-mail wont come up. I use Incredimail and have for a couple of years now every time I try to open it it just blinks on the desktop. I get a message from zone alarm to allow access and I always hit allow but it does nothing. Also when on CNN.com I cant pull up alot of the things I used to. We have a web page also and I can't look at the guestbook. It's kinda acting like some sort of pop up blocker. If anyone can help I would be soooooo grateful. Thanx, Steve

Try shutting done Zone Alarm. If everything works, then you have to change the settings in Program Control.

I shutdown Zone alarm and the e-mail still won't work. The envelope just blinks once next to the clock and nothing happens.

I got an E-Mail from your post, I couldn't even click to respond from the E-Mail. I had to go to the site directly.

Try a right click and select "save target as". Do you get a download dialog?

You can also try copy/pasting it in the address bar, which will sometimes work when other methods are failing.

Also, if you have an updated version of Internet Explorer, try running the Repair Tool. Add/Remove programs > Microsoft Internet Explorer > Remove > Repair.

How about if you copy/paste the link in the address bar and hit "go"?

Also try the Repair Tool for Microsoft Interent Explorer, see my edit.

You can also try downloading Hijack this from this attachment link:

Let me know what Windows version this is and how long the problem has existed.

I was finally able to open the Hijack This list but I don't know how to copy and paste it to a reply here.
