    Hello Andten,

What is the plugin you're trying to install?
Could this have something to do with your firewall or anti virus?
Just a little more info makes helping easier :D

Thanks Macman. I am trying to upload Facebook Photo Uploader. I am a true beginner when it comes to computers, so I am not sure if the firewall or antivirus has anything to do with it? How can I check? I am having the same problem recently with my itunes as well. I try to go into the itunes store, and it tells me it is loading, but never goes to the store. I used to be able to go the the itunes store with ease. Thanks for your help..

I tried to download FB Photo Uploader and there was this:
    Please do not download this.
It is no longer under active development. Please use Bloom instead

It might be that there is nothing to download.

Next I tried "Bloom" (as recommended) first link didn't work but I found a download link:
    bloom.en.softonic.com/

    Hope this helps
