Hero online game error *help*

every time i try to install this game i just downloaded its brings me this error message named Free Extractor error and it says, "
An error prevents this program from continuing"

I tried that and it didnt work, will having only 128 MB of D/ drive space which is my recovery drive. nad the other part of my error said Dont read infromation File for Auto instalation. its broken
