OK I have a Heward Packert Digital Cam, now I installed the software onto my computer (Windowns 98) and it worked fine for about 3 days and I went to upload photos last night and it didnt work like I would get to the startup screen and whenever I would click either *View & Print or *Unload Photos it would give me an error message as follows:
    C:/ my documents/HewarrdPackert/imaging/bbfe/unload/device.html or
    c:/ my documents/Heward Packert/imaging/bbfe/welcome.html

does anyone know how I can fix this -- cuz I gotta upload these pictures for a website I work for and it aint workin ight

    help please

Most newer digicams can be downloaded directly from Windows Explorer. See if you have a removable drive listed in Windows Explorer when you have the camera plugged it. If you do, you can open the folder where the photos are, select all, right click on any one of the highlighted images and select “Copy”. You can then paste them into any folder on the computer. Some older cameras required downloading through their own software, but most of the major maker’s cameras now show up as a drive which can be accessed directly.

Did you try the steps slipe suggested? Like he said the cam should be listed as a drive in "My computer" or "Windows Explorer"
