Hex Core Running slow

    Hello this is a issue of my friends and i was just wanting to check that the problem is what i think it is.

    they are running a AMD Phenom II X6 1055T

    and there motherboard is a M4A785TD-V EVO

    If im correct the max cores this motherboard can support is 4? reducing it performence?

    No, not correct. That board supports 6 core cpus with a bios update. You must have 2005 or later to support the cpu.

    If you are running a bios that does support that cpu, then list ALL of your specs ie brand and wattage of pw supply, brand, speed, and amount of ram, what video card is installed, etc, etc.
