Hey guys a simple question, Win2K startup administration

Well I am having a stupid moment, I am trying to get into the startup administration section of win 2000, I know for win 98 ("run" msconfig, and you can edit all your startup files, I am looking for something like that in Win 2000, if there is anything like that.

MsConfig for Windows 2000

Do you have Windows 2000 and feel your missing out on that cool little utility MsConfig. Well, we have stumbled across a version of it for windows 2000. I have tested it and it works great! Now you can modify startup programs, and tweak other Windows aspects just like you did on Windows 9x.
