Hello Angel 24,
You need to move the HJT folder out of your temp folder and into a permanent location, may I recommend Program Files. If you leave it in temp, it will not make backups.
Lets start here.
Download AdAware SE from here: http://www.lavasoftusa.com/
Install the program and launch it.

1) Run the WebUpdate feature.

2) Set up the Configurations as follows:

General Button
Safety:
Check (Green) all three.

Click on "Proceed"

3) Please deselect "Search for negligible risk entries", as negligible risk entries (MRU's) are not considered to be a threat.

4) Click on "Scan Now"

5) Run the scanner using the Full Scan (Perform full system scan) mode.

6) When the scan is fininished have Adaware fix/remove all it finds

When you are done, please go to www.download.com and download Spybot 1.3 and run after you make sure that it has been updated. It is very easy to use, if you have any questions, please ask.
Reboot and repost a new log when finished.

Angel:

You have too many unnecessary programs loading during startup and running in the background. The larger the startup load is, the more system resources will be used, the slower your computer will run, and the more problems it will have.

Click Start - Run, type in MSCONFIG, then click OK - Startup(tab). Uncheck the following:

Winrar.exe

Msnmsgr.exe

Reminder.exe

Loadqm.exe

Rnaap.exe

Msgplus.exe

Once you uncheck them, click Apply - OK, then reboot.

"Rnaap" pertains to the dial-up connection and only needs to activate when you're ready to connect to the Internet.

"Winrar" pertains to the WinRAR unzip program and only needs to activate when needed.

"Msnmsgr" and "Msgplus" pertain to the MSN Messenger chat program and only needs to activate when you're ready to chat(unless you specifically like it to load and activate every time you start your computer)

"Reminder" pertains to the Microsoft Money program and only needs to activate if you specifically have it that way for a reason.

"Loadqm" does not need to load at all.

(These are not the only ones that you can uncheck and disable, but they will do for starters)
