hibernation probs!!

    I am having probs with hibernation mode,I have enabled hibernate in power options on the shut down screen it says preparing for hibernation and the little blue line goes across the screen all is well as it turns off suddenly it restarts itself so does not actually hibernate i have tried the power button to hibernate it too but still does the same thing any help would be great. I am running a asus motherboard p4s800 with windows xp 512 ram 1 80 gig hard drive the 2nd hard drive is 20 gigs thanks

    Do you have Adobe Type Mananger on your computer? The same things happened t me on my old notebook. I had to remove ATM then the problem would be fixed.
