    Hey everyone,

    I am using my iPod as a disk drive and have folders in it transferred from a Windows machine. Some of the folders, though, are hidden. I don't know how to view them in Finder, so I'm looking for a way to configure Finder or the folder such that I can view it on my Mac. Thanks in advance for any help!

    Here is a simple AppleScript to toggle the option of viewing hidden files/folders:

    Code:
    tell application "Finder" to quit
    display dialog "Show Hidden Files..." buttons {"ON", "OFF"} ¬
      default button 1
    copy the result as list to {buttonpressed}

    try
      if the buttonpressed is "OFF" then do shell script ¬
        "defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles OFF"
      if the buttonpressed is "ON" then do shell script ¬
        "defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles ON"
    end try

    tell application "Finder" to launch

    Hope that helps!
