I would like to be able to hide the display properties in windows 98 so people cannot make changes. Is this possible? I found a microsoft knowledge base answer for windows 95 (Q84709)
Not sure if this will work for 98

    Thanks,
    Ted

    Yes it will:

Just add a line Desk.cpl=no to the [don't load] section of your Control.ini.

Go to Start/run, and type control.ini.
    Clik OK.

Add the line, and go to File > Save.

    Good luck,
