High Memory usage help

    Hi,
    Unfortunately that Pic does not tell the whole story i.e.
    What type of Video card do you have? Some of that RAM might be used by your Vid. Card.
    How much RAM do you have?
    What other applications do you have running in the background as in your Startup, take a look at your MsConfig/Startup tab and see how many apps. you have Starting up when you open your machine.
    Etc...

    Your computer has too many programs and services auto-loading and running in the background that don't need to be doing so. That's going to add up to high memory usage, slowness, long boot time, etc.. :eek:
