high speed

    i am running on bell sypatico high speed edition,but i find that
    it does not always run so fast.Is there any way of increasing my speed.Please help>:cool:

    DSL, cable, ??? If it's DSL the ISP should guarantee a certain speed on the up and down. You also only get the speed you pay for.
