Here I go again! My homepage was hijacked once again. I did a hijack this scan and fixed the problems, or so I thought. Each time I did a scan, all the same problems were there again.

I finally got things back to near normal but now, each time I open Internet Explorer, I get an hourglass next to my cursor and a control-alt-delete shows constant iexplores looming in the background.

Very frustrating!
Here is my hijack this log. Can anyone see a problem that I can seem to notice?
Thanks a bunch.

But since you were hijacked ir wouldn't hurt to run cws shredder.
Download CWShredder:
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/cwshredder.zip
Unzip, run and hit the ->fix tab to fix all found problems

CWShredder takes advantage of seurity holes in windows so you should install all critical as well as hotfixes available from windows update.
