C:\Program Files\America Online 9.0\waol.exe

This looks like a spyware. Have it checked.

waol.exe isn't itself a problem. It's actually a legit part of AOL. However, the CWS malware infects it, so it is something to be curious about. To be sure, go here and download CWShredder. Run this on your machine to make sure you are clear of the CWS variant. (y)

The log is spyware free Period..Waol is legitimate..What steps do you now take ? Maybe a disk cleanup, defrag as well as a full trojan scan as outlined below.

Download TDS-3 trojan scanner from http://tds.diamondcs.com.au/index.php?page=download

Then you will need to manually update it so follow the instructions given here
http://tds.diamondcs.com.au/index.php?page=update

Now open the program, pasue until its finished its mini test then click system testing / full scan

If anything is found, right click and select delete to each when the scan completes itself.

your startup folder has a few entries that can be removed as well to improve performance. You should also be aware that the McAfee suite you are running is very cpu and memory intensive.

Navigate to the C:\Windows\Temp folder. Open the Temp folder and go to Edit > Select All then Edit > Delete to delete the entire contents of the Temp folder.

Go to Start > Run and type %temp% in the Run box. The Temp folder will open. Click Edit > Select All then Edit > Delete to delete the entire contents of the Temp folder.

Finally go to Control Panel > Internet Options. On the General tab under "Temporary Internet Files" Click "Delete Files". Put a check by "Delete Offline Content" and click OK. Click on the Programs tab then click the "Reset Web Settings" button. Click Apply then OK.
