I don't see anything bad in your log.

    You can fix this leftover:

    O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {4E7BD74F-2B8D-469E-A6EA-EE68F4D5FA7D} - (no file)

What is the name and location of the files that your AV is saying are infected?

    ok well 2 things:

    AVG finds this:
    C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\DWH54C3.TMP ....worm/virus NEtsky.q
.. with a status of "Healed oK"
Theres a few of these files in there like that... I'm not sure if I can delete them or should just leave them there....

then Antivirus personal edition says this: (not all included)

    Do this:

    Boot to safe mode.

How to start your computer in safe mode

The Local Settings folder is a hidden folder so click on My Computer. Go to Tools > Folder Options. Click on the View tab and make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is checked. Also uncheck "Hide protected operating system files" and "Hide extensions for known file types" . Now click "Apply to all folders"
    Click "Apply" then "OK"

In safe mode navigate to the C:\Documents and Settings\User\Local Settings\Temp folder. Open the Temp folder and go to Edit > Select All then Edit > Delete to delete the entire contents of the Temp folder.

Now navigate to the C:\Windows\Temp folder. Open the Temp folder and go to Edit > Select All then Edit > Delete to delete the entire contents of the Temp folder.

    ok....
if i go to documents and settings.. i can go to user and get to my temp folder (i guess its not hidden on here for some reason)

so is it safe to just delete it while not in safe mode?

    thanks.

You will have to do it in safe mode. It will not let you delete everything in normal.
