    Hi Stockton1980

    Welcome to TSG! :)

I have split your post off into your own thread. In the future if you have a Question/Problem please start a "New Thread". It get's too confusing trying to address two different people's problem in the same thread and you may get overlooked.

This entry indicates that you have Kazaa or you had it at one time:

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [P2P Networking] C:\WINDOWS\System32\P2P Networking\P2P Networking.exe /AUTOSTART

I highly recommend you get rid of Kazaa if you still have it. It is full of spyware and the source of many problems. A lot of the problems you have now are from the garbage that comes bundled with Kazaa and is installed on your PC without your knowledge.

Go here and get KazaaBegone and run it to get rid of Kazaa.

Next run Hijack This again and put a check by these. Close all windows except Hijack This and "Fix checked"

    Restart to safe mode.

How to start your computer in safe mode

First in safe mode click on My Computer. Go to Tools > Folder Options. Click on the View tab and make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is checked. Also uncheck "Hide protected operating system files" and "Hide extensions for known file types" . Now click "Apply to all folders"
    Click "Apply" then "OK"

    Now find and delete:

    The C:\Program Files\Altnet folder
    The C:\Program Files\MyWay folder
    The C:\WINDOWS\briixbtev.exe file
    The C:\WINDOWS\System32\P2P Networking folder

Also I highly recommend that you go to Windows update and install all "Critical Updates and Service Packs". This will patch numerous security holes in IE and Windows.
