My brother's computer is really messed up. He can not visit many internet sites because he gets a "Page Can Not Be Displayed" error and sites that he can visit usually end up locking up IE on him. I've tried to run Spybot on the machine, but it always ends up with an error written in German which I can not understand. Every time I try to remove things from there, they say they were removed successfully, but they end up coming back again.

Here is the Hijack This log from his Windows 98 machine:

His homepage appears correctly, but clearly there are some hijack attempts going on. Cheeseball, Cookiegal, please come to the rescue!

NOTE: This log was saved after I ended all unnecessary background tasks. If you want me to rescan with all the startup processes still running in the background, please let me know and I'll do that.

I know that the first few entries there (search, search bar, customized search, search assistant, the other toolbar one) are obviously hijacked. Can you guys help me fix it please?
