Hey guys, long time no talk

I recently installed the official BitTorrent "program" (what do you call it, if not a program? It's not a program in the normal sense, it kinda just runs in the background?) and downloaded an episode or two of my favorite anime. Then I read a couple FAQs on BT, and decided to go ahead and uninstall it, then d/l Burst! (another BT "client" thing, a little more clean and user-friendly). At this point I proceeded to d/l the last couple episodes of the anime (BTW, this is legal, it's a copyright free anime, called Naruto, which can be found at narutochaos.com and narutofan.com, among several other sites).

Sooo I'm sure you know how BT works, but basically, it sucked up my U/L bandwidth and got my dad really upset. He's owns and runs a local ISP, so he's got tons of monitoring software and a couple of the employees were paged at 3am when the SonicWALL went down, thanks to the cursed BitTorrent software. So, I uninstalled burst!, and went along my merry way.

Today, I was looking through our logs, and noticed over 2000 open connections, including to places in Germany and Melbourne, Australia. I immediately ran to my computer, and lo and behold, in the system processes I had 3 instances of btheadless.exe running, which was the name of something in an error I got once trying to d/l some Naruto episodes. I ended those particular tasks, virus scanned, restarted my computer, updated PcCillin, opened a browser window, ran HJT (the browser was at google.com when I ran the scan, I don't know whether or not that will show in the logs, but I wanted to tell you that... more information is better, right?) saved the log, went to the TSG site, and started writing this. So yes, this log is from a clean restart. and my system processes show no instances of anything obviously BT related. But I'm curious as to what TMNTSRV.EXE is, as well as Pop3trap.exe and WebTrapNT.exe

I've told you about the past, I'm writing this in the present, but sadly, I can't tell the future. Except that you guys are magic and will happily answer my plea with results for HJT. You guys are freaking awesome, thank you in advance.

What to get rid of? I want to get rid of everything related to BitTorrent, and I'm sure I have some other crap on here that can be done away with.... If you have any questions about entries I might know something about, let me know. If you'd like to know what programs I run, just ask. Anything I can do to help, I'd like to. Have a wonderful night/day, and thank you once again.

Thank you for naming the processes for me, that clears up some suspicion... as far as my HJT log goes, anything fishy looking, or relatively clean?

    Thanks a billion

just out of curiosity, do techs such as yourself get paid? I know that I can donate, and I'd like to coerce my dad into doing so, but I'm just wondering if this is your Job, or if this is some kind of volunteer work?
