Lobos....i know you mean well but when someone posts a HijackThis log its really better if you wait for someone who knows how to assess them rather than commenting. His log show us that he has recently done a Housecall scan.
This is not a critisism...just my advice;)

    Jon.......

Open Windows Explorer & Go to Tools > Folder Options. Click on the View tab and make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is checked. Also uncheck "Hide protected operating system files" and untick "hide extensions for known file types" . Now click "Apply to all folders"
    Click "Apply" then "OK"

    Can you locate:
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\etui0n.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\SBLHOST.EXE
And place a ZIPPED copy of them in a new folder on your desktop.
    Send them to me here

Run hijackthis again and put a checkmark against these entries....double check
    in case you miss anything....
.....then,close all browser and outlook windowsincluding this one and "fix checked"

Reboot into safe mode by following instructions here: http://helpdesk.its.bethel.edu/resnet/Documents/Antivirus/Safemode.html

    Locate and delete:
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\etui0n.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\SBLHOST.EXE

    Should be good to go.
    ;)

hey steve, thx for the help, except the only etui0n.exe file that shows up is named is named ETUI0N.EXE-28BEBDA7.pf and it's located in C:\windows\prefetch and the only SBLHOST.exe that shows up has the name SBLHOST.EXE-19F22014.pf and is also the the same folder. Do i do the same thing still?

Yes............i would appreciate it if i could get hold of the files for analysis.
Delete everything in your prefetch folder.
Also..turn off system restore....reboot and turn on again.

    ;)

hmmm still a little confusion. What i did was delete those files in prefetch, turned off system restore, rebooted, turned it back on, ran hijack this and fixed the things u suggested (i could only find 3 of the 5, and i'm pretty srue i didn't miss any), but still no success. I know its not in specific order but wasn't sure if u were adding the info with yur second post or just a new idea.
