    the version of hjt you are using is outdated and several baddies could be hiding from it's probes, so download the latest version from http://www.tomcoyote.org/hjt/ and give us a new complete log please to check.

    at first glance your log looks clear but without the running processes it is hard to be sure

    I'm not sure it's a good idea to run 2 antiviruses at the same time AVG & Avast, they might clash

    No....but they could conflict and their use could be impaired.In this case two eyes are not always better than one.
