    If the shortcut is still around, right click on it, select "properties" and look at the target field to see where it is pointing. It's possible it is associated with SoundMax:

    C:\Program Files\Analog Devices\SoundMAX\SMAgent.exe



    But it seems unlikely given the only hit for it is this:
