    ok first of all i had problems with my computer and had to have a guy reinstall everything back on and when he did he put up all kinds of firewalls, i think.. but afterwards everything worked fine except i now cant log into any of my email accounts like on yahoo,hotmail,excite anything, then he suggested that i run a windows update which i tried and he keeps giving me an error and it wont let me download any update for windows , and i have 2 computers running also througha router (netgear) so i dont know what to do but i ran a hijack this scan and maybe someone can help me or atleast tell me what to do if anything:

    I don't see any obvious problems in the Scanlog, however I do not know whether this might be a factor:

    NavExcel should be removed:
