My sons's computer had over 700 things when I done an ad-aware scan today. It was only a fortnight or so since I last done one. Anyway, I'm hoping someone can look at this for me. I've got rid of Virgins and Hot_Tarts. Is there anything else suspicious on here. I wondered about the obdarde.exe one but I can't find out any information about it at all.

All help appreciated muchly.

Thanks in advance.

Please navigate to the following areas and delete the bold type file or folder.
NOTE: You may want to open in safe mode to do this.
C:\Program Files\Video1\Dialers\Hot_Tarts
if there are legitmate files in the videos1 folder, just remove the Hot Tarts one,and the virgins one.
C:\WINNT\system32\obdarde.exe

c:\winnt\system32\sncntr.exe

USe hjt to remove the following:
R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing
O2 - BHO: (no name) - SOFTWARE - (no file)
O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {CC90CDA0-74A0-45b4-80EF-D89CA8C249B8} - (no file)

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [sncntr] c:\winnt\system32\sncntr.exe /nocomm
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Hot_Tarts] C:\Program Files\Video1\Dialers\Hot_Tarts\Hot_Tarts.exe /dontdial
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Virgins] C:\Program Files\Video1\Dialers\Virgins\Virgins.exe /dontdial
O16 - DPF: {DB893839-10F0-4AF9-92FA-B23528F530AF} - http://deposito.hostance.net/dialer/1015176.exe

When done, update your AVG, and run it, as well as these programs, then repost a new log:

Download AdAware SE from here: http://www.lavasoftusa.com/
Install the program and launch it.

1) Run the WebUpdate feature.

2) Set up the Configurations as follows:

General Button
Safety:
Check (Green) all three.

Click on "Proceed"

3) Please deselect "Search for negligible risk entries", as negligible risk entries (MRU's) are not considered to be a threat.

4) Click on "Scan Now"

5) Run the scanner using the Full Scan (Perform full system scan) mode.

6) When the scan is fininished have Adaware fix/remove all it finds

When you are done, please go to www.download.com and download Spybot 1.3 and run after you make sure that it has been updated. It is very easy to use, if you have any questions, please ask.
