You may want to print this or save it to notepad as we will go to safe mode.

Fix these with HJT – mark them, close IE, click fix checked

    O23 - Service: Print Spooler Service (SpoolSvc209) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\dior4f4tuwyaceg.exe

    O23 - Service: Service Logon Protocol (SVSLOG) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\svslogon.exe

    DownLoad http://www.downloads.subratam.org/KillBox.zip

Restart your computer into safe mode now. (Tapping F8 at the first black screen) Perform the following steps in safe mode:

Double-click on Killbox.exe to run it. Now put a tick by Standard File Kill. In the "Full Path of File to Delete" box, copy and paste each of the following lines one at a time then click on the button that has the red circle with the X in the middle after you enter each file. It will ask for confimation to delete the file. Click Yes. Continue with that same procedure until you have copied and pasted all of these in the "Paste Full Path of File to Delete" box.

    C:\WINDOWS\system32\dior4f4tuwyaceg.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\svslogon.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\twcwdb.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\vbafogn.exe

Note: It is possible that Killbox will tell you that one or more files do not exist. If that happens, just continue on with all the files. Be sure you don't miss any.

    START – RUN – type in %temp% - OK - Edit – Select all – File – Delete

Delete everything in the C:\Windows\Temp folder or C:\WINNT\temp

Not all temp files will delete and that is normal
    Empty the recycle bin
Boot and post a new log from normal NOT safe mode

Please give feedback on what worked/didn’t work and the current status of your system

Could SPybot S + D be blocking anything? I always worry about that.

Yes, you have TeaTimer running – have it allow these changes – I left off one thing so go over this fully

You may want to print this or save it to notepad as we will go to safe mode.

Fix these with HJT – mark them, close IE, click fix checked

    O23 - Service: Service Logon Protocol (SVSLOG) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\svslogon.exe
    =============
Click Start > Run > and type in:

    services.msc

    Click OK.

In the services window find this exact name

    Print Spooler Service

Rightclick and choose "Properties". On the "General" tab under "Service Status" click the "Stop" button to stop the service. Beside "Startup Type" in the dropdown menu select "Disabled". Click Apply then OK. File-Exit the Services utility.

Repeat for - Service Logon Protocol
    ===================

I disabled the service logon protocol in safe mode. I hope that doesn't matter.

And I only found "Print Spooler" not Print Spooler Service. So I did it for that anyway.

C:\WINDOWS\system32\dior4f4tuwyaceg.exe again couldn't be deleted. Should I maybe do the killbox before I do the HijackThis?

I'm doing all of this in safe mode.. Is that right? Or should I do HijackThis in regular then reboot?

No that is not OK - I said the exact name - you need to re--enable the print Spooler and get the other one

You missed the Last O4's and the O16's

I hit all of them and they didn't get deleted or fixed.

I hit fix checked, and then nothing happened after I did that, so I'm trying to delete them yet it's not cooperating or maybe HJT isn't cooperating.

There is nothing running in Services entitled "Print Spooler Service." I re-enabled the print spooler though.

Am I supposed to be running HJT in safemode or not? Should I be running HJT before running the killbox?

I went through it again and it didn't seem to work because the processes are still there in HJT. Any other programs I can run?
