yes i am having problems, my cable internet service shut down because that got a lot of complaints and told me that i had to get my computer professioal reformated to make sure the virus is out. i am off for 10 days then on the 2/17 i call them up and i have 24 hours to make sure the virus is out. so i am now on starpower for the time being which is dial up so what do i do everytime i run adware i get critical files. thats why i did a hijack this to see if i need to get the hard drive reformmatted.

Did the virus checker find any virus and where did it find it and did it clean it ?

Run an online antivirus check from at least one and preferably 2 of the following sites

    http://security.symantec.com/default.asp?
    http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
    http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/
    http://www.ravantivirus.com/scan/
    http://www.anti-trojan.net/en/onlinecheck.aspx

Be sure and put a check in the box by "Auto Clean" before you do the
scan. If it finds anything that it cannot clean have it delete it or
make a note of the exact file name and file location so you can delete it yourself.
