I am feeling much shame, here!
I have Hijack this and CWS Shredder and have attempted to do all I can do, even removed MS Java VM, updated to SP1 AND downloaded the latest patches, but my page keeps going to "res://mshp.dll/index.html#37049"
When I run CWS Shredder, all is clean EXCEPT the following:
CWS affiliat: Winshow = REMOVED
Restoring Internet Explorer Pages = RESTORED
And when I run Hijack this, scans similar to the following are returned:

I read in another post that the following folders/files should also be deleted:
C:\Program Files\Submit\
C:\Documents and Settings\Brad\Application Data\winug\
and this file
C:NO_SUCH_MHT.MHT
but they do not exist on my machine...
