I'm using Win 2000 and have been hijacked by the 4bf65 pop up error msg. I have read some posts here & have installed and run CWShredder, Ad-Aware, Spybot and Hijack this. The problem goes away and then comes back. I believe there is a hidden dll somewhere because I also get low virtual memory msgs as well. To follow is my hjt file. Any help would be appreciated.

These lines must be fixed with hijackthis:
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {3AB1B211-0267-4254-83BE-2B3A3F17B024} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\dkpng.dll (file missing)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" –atboottime
O4 - Global Startup: Microsoft Great Plains Support Tuner.lnk = C:\Program Files\Microsoft Great Plains Support Tuner\bin\mad.exe

These programs should be disabled using msconfig from the run menu – start:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [NvCplDaemon] RUNDLL32.EXE C:\WINDOWS\System32\NvCpl.dll,NvStartup
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [nwiz] nwiz.exe /install

This program billminder /billmind.exe– if it´s something you installed on purpose then keep it – otherwise uninstall it. “Can be setup in Quicken to remind user of due payments. Available via Start -> Programs”

These files must be deleted I safe mode – restart your pc and press F8 – choose safe mode:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Great Plains Support Tuner\bin\mad.exe

Rsestart and post a new log plz

Thank you for your response. I believe I have resolved the problem with the help of another post from this site using findnfix along with other suggestions. I no longer get the 4bf65.ilx msg or about:blank and I can now leave my PC on all day w/o getting a low virtual memory error. As per your post I did fix the files with HiJackThis but was unable to disable the files you suggested using msconfig. I will leave billmind.exe and have deleted mad.exe. I have attached the latest hijackthis file but all seems to be good to go. Thanks you much for your help.
