    I'm really not sure what to make of that. I presume your drive space is properly recognized in Windows Explorer and My Computer.

    Does the same issue occur if you check it under a different profile, such as Administrator or a newly created one?

    If these problems are of relatively recent onset and you have System Restore points available, I would try restoring one that predates these issues.

    A typical location would be:

    C:\Documents and Settings\%USERNAME%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
