Could someone check this out and tell me what I should get rid of?

    and....

    O12 - Plugin for .spop: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\Plugins\NPDocBox.dll

That doesn't look like it should be there... it even stands out to a computer idiot like me.

Also, when I click fix on one of the things, does it just delete the regestry key or does it delete all the folders and stuff belonging to the annoying/harmful rkeys?

    O12 - Plugin for .spop: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\Plugins\NPDocBox.dll

is something to do with acrobat reader in IE so it's legitimate and needed

Anything fixed with HJT just deletes the registry entry so any files need deleting manually. Any .dll are deregistered so they can be deleted without problems

But there is nothing bad in your log, You have a few entries that don't really need to start up at boot, a lot of the entries are for compaq/hp specific drivers and utilities and experience suggests that without them compaq/hp computers tend to throw a wobbly and sulk

If I fix the things that make programs start when you boot, that won't cause any problems will it? It will just stop it from starting off?

Also, what are the things I don't need to boot at start up and how do I fix them?

Also, I have SBC Global DSL, and it's through a router, and I don't need to dial in anymore, how would I keep SBC from trying to log in as soon as the computer turns on and is in a username?

    Thank you.
