    You don't really "need" to change anything. There are no serious "security" issues there.

    Peformance optimization is another question. There are startups you don't necessarily need. These involve "user choice" options.

    Personally I would use HijackThis to remove this item:

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [wcmdmgr] C:\WINDOWS\wt\updater\wcmdmgrl.exe -launch

    and run msconfig to UNcheck under startups any other "user choice" items you don't feel you need.
