    Click Start:
    Run:
    Type in "msconfig"
    This will bring up an applet that lists cetain OS config data, then go to "startup", the very last tab, and there will be your listed programs set to load at startup. If you don't know what it is, don't disable it... other than that, go nuts, the less you have running at boot the better :)

    Edit: BTW, you have some issues with your spybot log, I have to hit the hay, someone will point you ikn the right direction soon...

    Also, let spybot do its thing... check the box "fix selected problem" and let it go do what it needs to do...
