Hi:

Can you take a look at this. We have had various problems over the past few months. I am planning on leaving aol and installing verizon dsl and want to clean the computer before doing anything else.

Go to Add/remove programs and uninstall PerfectNav, MyWay (or anything that sounds similar...it has a few different names) and WebSavingsfromEbates or Ebateswebsavings.

Restart and post a fresh HJT log.

Hi, thank you.
I tried uninstall websavingebates - got an error - java.lang.noclassdeffounderror:bq
The other two were not an option - they weren't there! I tried search files and PerfectNav was in c:windows\temp, c:\windows\cookies, c:program files, c:programs files kazaa (sorry), myway was in folder c:\windows\cookies, c:program files,c:program files\myway\mybar\1bin

Help!!!!

go to hijackthis.de and click on english. It will automatically analyze and tell you what to delete.
