    I've run Ad-aware and Spybot S&D, haven't run cwshredder yet. But I was wondering if I could get a jump on things, you guys would look at the HT log:

    Close all browser windows,
    Open cwshredder.exe then click "Fix" and let it run.

    Print this and boot to safe mode

    View Hidden Files
    Open Windows Explorer. Go to Tools, Folder Options and click on the View tab.
    Make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is checked.
    Also uncheck "Hide protected operating system files".
    Now click "Apply to all folders", Click "Apply" then "OK"

    Delete these files

    C:\WINNT\ZServ.dll
    C:\WINNT\enhtb.dll
    C:\WINNT\system32\bipmifw.exe
    C:\WINNT\enhupdt.exe

    START – RUN – key in %temp% OK - Edit – Select all – File – Delete
    Empty the recycle bin
    Boot and post a new log

    Thanks for the info. I'll bet it's not Ad-aware 1.5 either. It's not my pc, it's a person at work's Dell.

    Thanks for the help! I'll be at their office later this week to do the things you said, then I will post the other log.
