Hijackthis Logfiles Need Interpreter

    These are two systems at a church, both in trouble. Can an expert please look at these and tell me what to clear out? I note that NAV 2005 will not work on either machine [different symptoms on each]

    For the first one, boot to safe mode and delete all files in C:\temp

    THen boot and post a new v1.99.0 log
