Every time I just move my mouse my PC will ig hitch or freeze for a second and literally happens in intervals of every 3 seconds. When I type it's perfectly fine though. Newer PC as well. Use to play video games on it and now cant even use it. PC specs are HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop Computer, AMD Ryzen 3 2200G, AMD Radeon RX 550, 8GB RAM, 1TB hard drive, Windows 10

Please try another mouse so we can definitely rule that out as the cause.

If possible (assuming the keyboard is also USB), try swapping that as well. And disconnect all other USB devices (if any) that are currently connected.

Just trying to rule out a USB conflict.

    When did this start?
Then it points to a problem on your computer.
Open Task Manager and see what is running. Notice anything strange?
What security programs are installed? Depending how they are installed, they might be checking things and causing the freeze.
What version of Windows 10 is installed?

It started about a month ago. Barely ever used It and just came randomly i think. When i open task manager is says "there are no running apps". I've recently factory reset the PC and it's like brand new just still hitches. So for the security programs installed, there are either none or the factory set ones on the PC already. I'm currently running windows 10 version 1803 (OS Build 17134.706)
