I run AVG, Ad-aware, and Malwarebytes, but I still seem to be having the same issue. When I ran a rootkit identifier programme, no issues were found except for one in a temporary file. So I did a HJT scan, but I do not know what I am looking at and if anything describes the following problem.
For the last few months, I have a something like cpcc.cpo error at the start up, saying it is a .dll (I think. I need to restart and double check). Since this has popped up, I have had problems with using the internet, like watching movies on netflix, where it keeps saying that my IP is reset and changed, as though I am trying to access online movies through multiple devices, except that I only have my computer. Using the same wireless router, I haven't had issues with other computers. Using the same computer and different wireless routers, I have the same issue. I have to admit, I haven't tried hardwired. When I called Netflix, it said that it looked like I had a programme running that was masking my IP, which makes absolutely no sense, because I have no idea how to even write code, let alone something that sophisticated (hence asking help on a forum!). I am really hoping that I don't have to say f**k it and toss the ole compy. It runs great in every other way. I would just like to watch my movies!
    Here is the log:
