I'm guessing the Java registry keys aren't good. I am getting a justsched.log file in my temp folder that keeps coming back after I delete it. It gives a sleep time..to enable something on 2/25/05

    Your log is pretty clean.
It's probably the SunJavaUpdateSched (jusched.exe) which is creating that file.
Note: this is a legit process, but doesn't need to be running at startup.

Please place HijackThis.exe in a permanent folder.
    Go to "My Documents"
Create a new folder called "HijackThis"
Redownload HJT v1.99 and save it to this new folder.

    Open HijackThis
    Close all browser/email/explorer windows
    Run HJT scan again
Place a checkmark next to the following entries only and click "Fix checked"

    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = about:blank

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SunJavaUpdateSched] C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_01\bin\jusched.exe

    O16 - DPF: {CAFEEFAC-0015-0000-0001-ABCDEFFEDCBA} (Java Plug-in 1.5.0_01) -

    Reboot

If the problem persists, paste the full contents of that jusched.log file in your reply.

Any idea what this is? Is it something you knowingly installed yourself? Is it legit?
