hkcmd.exe

    when i start my computer an message pops up saying hkcmd.exe bad image. how do I get rid of this?

    press START then RUN type MSCONFIG
    then click the START-UP TAB and untick hkcmd from the start-up then reboot the PC
    ...when windows starts a window will appear saying that you have used MSCONFIG just tick the box for 'Dont show this message again' then OK....
    (everytime you use MSCONFIG that message appears when the PC restarts)
