Sadly, we have some people who don't know what the Holocaust was about. :(

While in Canterbury last week, I saw a free Holocaust exhibition in the old Pilgrim's Chapel on the High Street.
Staggering figures. Some 6,000,000 Jews died out there. And I think it was 15,000,000 children altogether. (I might have the wrong number of zeroes.) Killed by shootings, disease and of course the infamous gas chambers.
As surely as God lives, we must never forget!

I don't hold it against the Germans - only against Hitler and his kind. I am sure a number of rebellious Germans were sent to their deaths too.

Even more sadly, we have some people that deny it ever happened. Indefensibly we have some people that see it as a good thing. Every human should see the National Holocaust Museum in Washington DC. For me it was an experience unlike any I've ever had before.

I worked with a German woman whose family escaped Germany because they didn't want her in the Nazi youth. (n) They walked out of the country, traveling at night. They were a well-to-do family. I have also met people that were tattooed!

It's a truth I find - that freedom is more valuable than riches.
