    Run HJT again and check:

    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://omegasearch.com/searchbar.html
    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = http://omegasearch.com/searchbar.html

    R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://omegasearch.com/searchbar.html
    R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = http://omegasearch.com/searchbar.html
    R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = http://omegasearch.com/searchbar.html

Close all applications and browser windows before you click "fix checked".

Do you know what this one is?
    C:\PROGRA~1\USERCA~1\For Tons Mapi.exe

    Reset your home page.

Use HJT and fix this one
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [filmbind] C:\PROGRA~1\USERCA~1\For Tons Mapi.exe
Don't forget to close everything before you click fix checked.

See if you can find this file. If so right click, go to properties and version tab. What information can you find on it?

Did you fix the "For Tons Mapi" file? If so, restart your computer, and post a fresh HJT log.

Fixing it with HJT won't remove it from your computer, only keep it from being run when you boot up ...

It has a suspicious name/form/entry ... I take it you have no idea what it is.
