    Run HJT again and check:

    R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = C:\WINDOWS\secure.html
    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = C:\WINDOWS\secure.html
    R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = C:\WINDOWS\secure.html
    R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = C:\WINDOWS\secure.html
    R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = C:\WINDOWS\secure.html
    R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = C:\WINDOWS\secure.html

    Close all applications and browser windows before you click "fix checked".

    Then go to c:\Windows and delete the secure.html file

    O4 - Startup: Microsoft Office.lnk = C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Microsoft\Installer\{00010409-78E1-11D2-B60F-006097C998E7}\misc.exe

    This one should go away, it's an office update you did that is waiting to complete.

    Restart in safe mode Click here to see how

    Open My Computer. Go to Tools, Folder Options and click on the View tab. Make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is checked. Also uncheck "Hide protected operating system files". Now click "Apply to all folders"
    Click "Apply" then "OK"

    Now use Windows Explorer to get to this file and delete it:
    C:\WINDOWS\REG33.EXE --> file

    Reboot and post another HJT log.
