home pc is being hacked

Help please!

I went to open my Microsoft account...and someone else is logged in! I have now ran both anti-malware (Malwarebytes) and anti-spyware (SAS) (nothing in malware, but spyware caught 43 items, which are now gone).

Okay, well just found out via Microsoft support that the supposed hacker is actually "...nothing but random Gamertag assigned to your id when you login to Xbox app or create account at Xbox.com. - ...When you log into Xbox services using your Microsoft account, a Gamertag is assigned automatically. So you might not even be aware of this and it might look unfamiliar for you." ...thanks Microsoft...
