Hello! I have built a micrphone which runs of a 9V battery. I want to connect to + - to a xlr adapter so I can connect it to my audio interface. What I'm wondering about is that my audio interface (UR22) already has power. So if I would connect the + - of the microphone directly to the interface can that damage any of the devices? Also what would be the best way to connect them?
