homepage hijacked to C:\WINNT\secure.html

Can somebody help me? My roommate has done god knows what to my computer and now it says it is low on virtual memory and hijacks my homepage to C:\WINNT\secure.html and I cant change it. Also, adaware 6 will not run any more. Here is my hijack this log if you can help me. Thanks techguys.

I can't see an Antivirus program installed, so get yourself down to Housecall and do a full scan to start with

Restart Hijack this when done and put a check mark against the following
