Recently I have been getting a message at boot which says HOOKSYS CAUSED ERROR IN FHOOK.DLL and then in KERNEL32.DLL. What is hooksys?
When I do a search it says HOOKSYS.EXE is in WINDOWS/SYSTEM but I can't execute it.
    HELP please!

Hey Rog, thanks for the help, I do have that program and will uninstall it tomorrow. Strange though, I have had that program for some time and the errors just showed up recently.
    Thanks again.

Okeedoke. I may have been a little severe in suggesting that you should get something else -- it just seemed rather obscure to me. You could try reinstalling it if you like it and see how it goes.
