When I sign into Hotmail, I'm not receiving photos that have been emailed to me. I have reset my browser settings on my android phone to the default settings to try and resolve this issue. But I still can't see any attached files that have been sent. The only way of me knowing that I have been sent photos is by using the email app that comes with my android phone. I have also been through the settings and deleted the history, cookies, form data and cache. Still no attachments are showing. The same thing is happening on other android phones I've tried. Where to from here?

If your email app shows that there are attachments on the email, then the issue is with the app on the phone and presumably it is stripping attachments.

Can you try another app or tell people which app it is so maybe they can offer ideas.

The email app on the android phone is called:
    Email. The version is: 2.2.1

This problem is only started within the week, and it's the first time that I've come across this.
