A couple of weeks ago I sucessfully added a video clip to my website and the video quality is actually pretty good. However, this week when I tried to add another clip the video if very jumpy. I am compressing with Premiere. I can't remember how I compressed the last video with such good results. Is there a way I can find out what settings or how I compressed the "good" video.

    Thanks for any help.
